EIVA is currently involved in a project through which the method of counseling and professional orientation. Individual Placement and Support are tested and adapted in Romania together with Fonix Norway and the University of Ptuj. – Slovenia. Furthermore, we are also involved in a KA2 project funded by the Erasmus+ program, along with other 7 organizations from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Turkey, and Slovakia.

This project aims to measure the impact of volunteering on volunteers, associations, target groups, and the communities where they take place.

Also, one main objective is to promote the experience of volunteering as a vehicle for social inclusion and integration. The main objectives of this project are to develop the capacity of youths to understand their own learning needs and self-awareness and to support the development of leadership skills among them in the context of workshops through specific non-formal education activities.
