This project is a two-year collaboration between 5 organizations from Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, and Italy, based on constant exchange of knowledge and experience gained during all activities and workshops with target groups.
Together with the National Administration of Penitentiaries, our organisation established a local group of 15 adults, prisoners in Arad Penitenciary to provide regular workshops based on non-formal educational activities.
Main aim for actions in Arad is to develop necessary life skills for their reintegration into society, to help adult learners in their lives concerning their social skills, professional skills, health, passions and family live. We are organizing workshops for 15 inmates to facilitate the development of skills such as teamwork, critical thinking, creativity, adaptability and communication. On long term perspective, participation to program will enhance social skills, professional competences and social integration capability for inmates.
All methods and instruments implemented during workshops will be collected, by all partners, in Project Booklet and disseminated within final conference in Arad.
