Although rooted in Europe, their outlook is global, and they work tirelessly to connect people and organisations around shared values.
What sets Volonteurope apart is their strong focus on inclusion, collaboration, sustainability, and equality—not just as ideals, but as guiding principles for action. They partner with members and allies to encourage civic participation and social action, believing in the power of volunteering to build more resilient, tolerant, and diverse communities.
In everything they do, Volonteurope shows a deep commitment to creating a fairer society for all.

Their main goal is to help people develop personal, social, civic, and professional skills. They place a strong emphasis on empowering children, young people, and adults by recognizing and building on their potential as a force for positive change in their communities and in society at large.
To achieve this, the Clube organizes and takes part in a wide range of national and European initiatives: training courses in youth work and social education, seminars, workshops, intercultural exchanges, and pedagogical events. Topics often include social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, community engagement, and active citizenship.
